Bohdan Hnatiuk

Bohdan Hnatiuk founded Haydamax OÜ in Tallinn, Estonia, in October 2025 and is the only member of its management board. Haydamax builds companies and then runs them: it writes and publishes software, operates its own infrastructure and starts new ventures.

His working life has crossed several technological eras: broadcast media, the early Internet, web services, digital agencies, platforms, automation and artificial intelligence. Not every project succeeded. What repeats is the ability to enter new environments early, build working systems, gather teams and keep adapting. In 2008 he founded the digital agency Sponge, which since 2018 has moved from client services to its own products.

He is also an Orthodox priest and the rector of a parish in Germany. For him this is not a side note: it shapes how he thinks about technology over the long term, about who depends on a system and what responsibility stays with those who build it.
