Responsibility for content

Haydamax OÜ is responsible for the content of the services it operates, as listed under Projects and operators. Where a service carries its own imprint — for example a publication addressed at the German market — that imprint applies to that service in addition to this page.

Two groups of projects are operated by other entities and are outside the scope of these documents: the agency work published under the Sponge name, which is a registered business of Bohdan Hnatiuk in Germany, and everything under dom.gd, which is operated by D.O.M. Corporation, a Wyoming non-profit corporation. Their own legal pages apply there.

Write to team@chakloon.com. Enquiries about a specific service should name the service, so that they reach the right desk. We answer in English; enquiries in Ukrainian, Russian or German are also read.

Consumers in the European Union may also address a national consumer protection authority. The European ODR platform is no longer available: it was shut down in July 2025, and links to it are therefore not provided.
