What this is not

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities, an invitation to invest, investment advice, or a public offering. No prospectus has been approved or published, and none is required for the information presented here, because no offer is made through this website.

What exists

Haydamax OÜ holds a portfolio of projects and maintains a private cabinet for people who already hold agreements with the company. The cabinet shows their positions, their documents and the history of their payments. It is reached by signing in; there is no public access to it.

Instruments of the SAFE type — a simple agreement for future equity — are prepared for use with individually agreed counterparties. Where such an instrument is used, its terms are set out in the agreement itself, which is signed by both parties. The agreement, and not this page, governs.

Risk

Early-stage projects usually fail. An instrument of this kind may never convert, may convert into an interest worth less than the amount paid, and is not covered by any deposit guarantee scheme. There is no secondary market for it, and there may never be one.

The portfolio described elsewhere on this website consists largely of services that are not yet commercially released and that currently generate no revenue. Any figures shown are operational measurements — published material, indexed pages, registered accounts — and are not financial results.
