Agreement
The general rules that apply to every service operated by Haydamax OÜ, whether free or paid.
These terms apply to the websites, applications and interfaces operated by Haydamax OÜ and listed under Projects and operators. A single service may add its own rules; where they differ, the rules of that service apply to it, and these terms cover everything they do not.
By using a service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
Several services share one identity, Chakloon Passport. One account can therefore open more than one service. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for what happens under your account.
An account may be refused, suspended or closed if it is used to break these terms or the law, or if it is created automatically at scale. You can close your account yourself in the services that offer it; where a service does not, ask us and we will close it.
Age: services are not intended for children. Where a service requires a minimum age, it states it at registration and enforces it.
You keep the rights to what you publish. You grant us the rights we need to host it, display it, back it up and deliver it — nothing more, and only for as long as the content is in the service.
You confirm that you may lawfully publish what you publish. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law, and we may keep a copy where the law requires it.
Editorial material in the publications of the network is produced with the help of automated language tools under human editorial responsibility. Where the law requires it to be marked as artificially generated, it is marked on the material itself.
Reference material, catalogues, rankings and calculated data are published in good faith but without warranty of accuracy. They are not advice — financial, legal, medical or otherwise.
Services are provided as they are. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and some services are explicitly published as previews or laboratories. We may change or discontinue a service; where a paid service is discontinued, the payment rules below apply.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury, or the statutory rights of consumers.
Estonian law applies. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
We may change these terms. The current version and its effective date are shown at the top of this page. Material changes affecting a paid service are announced to the customer before they take effect.
