The terms on which paid services are ordered and delivered: what is bought, when it is delivered and what it costs.

What this is
This page is an offer addressed to anyone who orders a paid service from Haydamax OÜ. Placing an order and paying for it concludes a contract on these terms together with the Terms of Service and the payment rules.
Services covered
Paid placement
publication of a commercial article in one of the publications of the network, on a permanent URL, in the language of that publication, marked as commercial material in accordance with the editorial rules of the title
Feed access
access to the agency feed with rights and provenance metadata, by subscription or by agreement
Platform usage
access to programming interfaces, measured by usage and paid from a prepaid balance
Digital goods and subscriptions
access to paid features of a service, where the service offers them
Prices are published on the page of the service concerned. Prices are in euro. The company is not registered for VAT, therefore no VAT is added or shown; should this change, prices will state the applicable tax.
How an order is made
you choose the service and confirm the order on its page
you pay by card, or you receive an invoice and pay by bank transfer
we confirm receipt and deliver within the period stated for that service
for placement, the material is agreed before publication and published on a permanent address
A contract is concluded when we confirm the order. If we cannot deliver, we say so and return the payment in full.
What we do not accept
We refuse orders that would break the law, mislead readers, promote products that we may not lawfully promote, conceal the commercial nature of the material, or damage the reputation of a publication. Editorial standards of a title are not for sale: a paid material is marked as such and does not claim to be independent reporting.
Where an order is refused, any payment received is returned in full.
Duration
A published placement stays online for as long as the publication exists, unless it must be removed by law or by a decision of a court or an authority. If a publication is discontinued, we tell the customer.
